Along with the golf course, the club side includes tennis, pickleball, a fitness center, a pool, and dining, with a social calendar that runs year round. Housing is a mix of villas and single family homes across several phases and vintages, which means condition and finish level vary widely from one street to the next. Gulf beaches and Englewood are close, with downtown Venice a short drive north.
