Oasis is a small gated neighborhood of single family homes inside Wellen Park in Venice, Florida, built by M/I Homes. With roughly 140 homes, it is one of the more intimate gated pockets in the community.

Homes are one and two story single family designs on a mix of lot widths, many with lake or preserve views. Residents have a gated entry, a resort style pool, a clubhouse, pickleball courts, and trails around the ponds and preserves, plus quick access to Downtown Wellen and CoolToday Park. Gulf beaches and downtown Venice are a short drive.
