The clubhouse is the center of daily life, with a resort pool, fitness and wellness space, pickleball and tennis, and a lifestyle program that keeps the calendar full. Homes are single family and villa plans on one story in most cases. Downtown Wellen, the lake, the trail network, and the Gulf beaches are all close.
Buying in Esplanade
Buyers here are usually choosing between a resale that is already finished and a new build they can specify. I put both on the table with the real annual costs included, and I ask the builder team direct questions about inventory and incentives when new construction is the direction. Representation costs you nothing extra with a builder and it means someone is reading the contract for you.
