The Sunrise Collection offered low maintenance attached villas around 1,600 to 1,800 square feet, the Sunbeam Collection ran single family homes from about 1,917 to over 3,100 square feet, and the Summit Collection held the largest homesites. The amenity center includes a resort style pool with lap lanes, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, a tot lot, and a social hall. It is one of the closest neighborhoods to Downtown Wellen and CoolToday Park, within walking distance.
Buying in Solstice
Resale in a Toll Brothers community means the homes are generally well kept and well optioned, but the three collections live very differently, so knowing which collection a home sits in tells you most of what you need to know about maintenance and monthly costs.
