Homes are one and two story single family designs, roughly 1,600 to 3,200 square feet, and the neighborhood is fully built out with a playground as its main onsite amenity. What you get instead of a clubhouse is location: about a mile from Downtown Wellen, direct access to the Wellen Park trail network, and CoolToday Park nearby. Gulf beaches and downtown Venice are a short drive.

Everything here is resale, and with only 111 homes, inventory is thin and the good ones move.
