Sunstone is a gated Mattamy Homes neighborhood inside Wellen Park in Venice, Florida, with single family homes and villas looking out over lakes and preserves. It is one of the more active, social neighborhoods in the community.
Neighborhood overview
Homes run roughly 1,500 to 2,900 square feet across single family and villa plans. The amenity package includes a clubhouse, pools, a fitness center, pickleball courts, a dog park, and walking paths, with a gathering area by the clubhouse that has a fire pit and an events lawn. A full time activities director keeps a year round calendar, and Downtown Wellen, the trail network, and CoolToday Park are all a few minutes away.
